Postage-Packing-Returns

All prints are 1st wrapped in an acid free paper then packed flat, not rolled up into tubes. These prints are inserted into custom padded and hard shelled envelopes that prevent damaged from bumps and bends.

For storage and safe keeping you should leave the print wrapped in the acid free paper although the soft padded and hard shelled packaging is not ideal for long term storage since it is not made of acid free archival materials. I do offer acid free archival boxes that are designed for long term storage of delicate paper materials.

All prints from 1 till 5 come in a complimentary special package.

The majority of prints are printed to order although many of these are then printed in small batches. It is financially impossible to have all print editions ready. Please keep in mind that these hand made prints require a lot of work so delivery time will normally be of around a week, excluding time in the post. If you require any prints very quickly please email me first.

Upon receiving an order I will contact you and will keep you updated with the print progress right up to when you receive the finished print.

Reports must be made with in 5 days by emailing info@circusmalta.com. Please include Invoice number and if possible some photos of the problem.

We are not responsible for damages due to acts of God and/or from the postal service. If this is the case please email me with the information and related photos. I will see what can be done.
